COURSE 2 -STAGES OF GROWTH » What is the biggest obstacle to the Transformation process for believers?

Alicia Lewis
For me I would say the biggest challenge with transformation is falling out of love with the world. The lord tells us in Romans 12:9 to utterly hate what is evil and cling to what is good. Apart of the transformation process is literally falling in love with the ways of God and God himself. This can be challenging for the believer because the world is enticing. When one has lived a life of sin coming over into Kingdom is life changing literally. so the transformation process can be hard ground to till

Agreed, and in that process of one learning to hate what is evil. I'm sure they don't even know where to start. because some stuff we may not see it as evil. Until conviction comes .But this scripture came to mind in psalms 25:4-5 that says, Show me your ways, o Lord, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my savior, and my hope is in you all the day long. I feel like when one is being transformed, they should have foundation scriptures that build them, their relationship with Holy Spirit, doctrin, and this scripture will definitely help with guidance in that
Ramona Boswell
Yes, in an enticing world it is hard. You are right about the transformation process falling in love with the ways of God. We can maintain our faith by centering our lives on Christ and building supportive relationships. That would require being intentional and disciplined. We just have to seek God first and grow in the word.
