In my opinion talent according to the oxford dictionary is a natural aptitude or skill. In its own definition it indicates its by your own natural ability kind of like second nature. In the spirit realm chosen people are different. We receive gifts by way of Holy Spirit according to1Corinthians 12:7-11 and Romans 12:6-8. Unlike talented people that may please the emotional state but does not bring forth true repentance or deliverance to a dying people. Chosen people are utilized to carry out hea...

I believe that there is a clear distinction between natural talent and being part of the true chosen people of God. Talent is a gift that can come from birth, training or your environment. But it does not a guarantee relationship with God. The scripture I'm reminded of is ( Matthew 22:14), Many are called, but few are chosen Being chosen by God goes far beyond human ability. The chosen are those who respond in obedience and in faith to his call. We are set apart for his purpose. King Saul was w...

What I believe is the difference between be talented and chosen people of God, when you are talented its what your human body can do. Its like when you practice something for along time you'll start to become better, and will become talented in what you've practice. If I'm going to build a talent for anything, I'm going to make sure its what God wants me to do. The Lord said in Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your way submit to hi...

I feel when you are called by God, he will equip you to do that which you are called to do! Scripture tells us that if we are called by God he gives all of us the ability to do what you are called to do! Jon15:16 For you have not chosen me but I have chosen you!

I believe the difference lies within the foundation of the soul. Is it built upon the Word or the world? 2 Timothy 1:9 says, we are called by God, to a holy calling, not because of our works, but because of his own purpose and grace,…before the ages began. As said in Revelations 21:6, It is done! There is no need to assign a calling to ourselves based upon our own unction.

This is out of order. On the the surface, it may seem as an aid to the Kingdom, but in the Spirit, they are movin...

A talent is considered a form of stewardship. Talents are gifts or skills that God presents upon people whether they are born with it or given by the Holy Spirit to believers to serve God's purpose. In the Book of Matthew talents is considered money,when the servants received the talents they were expected to use them wisely. This parable teaches that humans are accountable to God for how they use their gifts and resources.
Being chosen is an intentional act by God to set a person aside for...

I believe talents refer to an aptitude or ability to do something. Matthew 25:15 talks about the parable of talents ...to each according to his own ability... We are equipped with the ability to do certain things and God can enhance it according to his will to do miraculous things. We see many talented people that seem to do things with ease like speaking eloquently, being a strategic thinker or painting. I believe that being chosen by God means there is a specific purpose that He chose speci...

In my opinion of the difference between
Being chosen and Talent is the level of fruit, Direction in glory and service in purpose. John 15:16 it states You didn't choose me but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit. In 1 Peter 2:9 it says but you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his OWN POSSESSION that you may PROCLAIM THE EXCELLENCIES OF HIM who CALLED you out of darkness into his marvelous light. So with these scriptures b...

Talents are given by God and they are often something that one may get paid to do. A person with talent wont struggle to execute. They are able to do it whenever asked. A chosen person of God is a person that has been purposely set aside the use of God. John 15:16 reads You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain; 1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation;

Talent usually refers to a natural aptitude or skill in a particular area. God has given us all gifts and talents. The Word declares it in James 1:7, that every good and perfect gift comes from above. However, not all gifts equate to being chosen for a specific task. There is a process that one must go through and a series of tests that one must pass before being chosen for a particular work.

The bible mentions Aaron's ability to speak well; however, speaking well did not mean that he...

We all have natural talents. Some of us have been graced to be caretakers, nurturers, leaders, entrepreneurs. Natural talents can be cultivated, but when we operate in the flesh we can easily become burdened and overwhelmed by these tasks. It is thus easy to quit and give up. When you are called, although you may feel the same overwhelm, you are operating from a different place. You have a sense of purpose that is God-given and the task becomes easier to bear because you are not operating from s...

We need to first know what God considers a talent. A talent is one kind of stewardship (responsibility in the kingdom of God). The parable of the talents tells us that when we serve well in our stewardship, we will be given greater responsibilities. If we do not serve well our stewardship can be taken from us. (Matthew 14:25-30). This is part of the process that prepares us for the call He has upon our lives! He can fulfill His plan and purpose, through who we call the chosen.
What then d...

The difference of being talented and True chosen people of God in my opinion is the talented individual is operating from what they know and born naturally gifted to do. True chosen individuals are operating out of what God has placed within them, Ephesian 4:11 says and he himself gave some to be apostle, some prophets, some evangelist and some pastors and teacher. The true chosen also, has excepted the call God has placed on them. According to Matthew 22:14 Many are called, but few are chosen. ...
