1-2 FOUNDATIONS OF CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE » Implications of the True Ekklesia

Kristy Hammond
We are the church, the church is not the physical building. The church is God's people. We are called to love, help, and show Jesus wherever we are. Because we are God’s called out ones, we are called to do God’s work. Matthew 16:18 references Jesus' words' On this rock I will build my church. We must be the standard for the world. Matthew 5:3-16 references how God wants us to be the salt and light of the world. We must help others see and experience more than religion, but the presence and power of Jesus.
Sandra Lately
This is so true Kristy, we are the church that That Jesus is building on. Every time we lead a soul to Christ or share the good news that Jesus is alive not only in us but that he rose from the dead. And he is alive and well seated at the right hand of God our heavenly Father. There are implications of the True Ekklesia because we are here, and we are the church. John 15:16 Jesus was talking and spoke. Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
