Binding and Loosening

The difference types of prayers in our lesson this week are all effective prayers. The one that's more effective to me is Binding and loosening. In Matthew 16:19 says: And I will give unto thee the keys of the Kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. This is not only God showing us he gives us this power but when we speak it in faith and doubt not in our hearts God allows it. The scripture in Mark 11:23-24 tells us about saying unto this mountain, be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart but believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Bind means to declare forbidden and loose declare allowed. This is an authority that Christ gave to his disciples so that they can continue his work in preaching the gospel and declaring God's will to men. Now we have the same task, although we are not all preachers and pastors, but we all are responsible to share his word and help others to come to know him God the father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.

His Word is truth, coming from the very breath of God the Father! Your response also affirms to me, that you have experienced praying with this authority! That you have prayed in Jesus's Name to bind or loose, and He proved Himself faithful in doing just that! Sandra, Binding and Loosing is definitely an effective prayer! When preaching the gospel, it is very much needed. Oftentimes you will have to bind demonic spirits, their manifestation and operation so that you can flow without hinderance. At times, it can also be used in deliverance. When the strongman is at the door, that spirit has to be bound in order for other spirits to come out. I bind and loose regularly.
