2-2 DIMENSIONS OF THE ANOINTING » The Second Dimension of the Anointing

Juanita Ford
Some of the fallout consequences of a believer who operates heavily in the second dimension but lacks the strength and maintenance of the first dimension.
It is a necessity for a believer to have personal intimacy with God, a prayer life and a spiritual foundation to operate in the 2nd dimension. As a believer who lacks the empowerment of the Holy Spirit to serve God, the believer will not be effective in their preaching or teaching to the world. They could become burnt out because they lack the power and the anointing to do what God has called them to do. This could cause a believer to become depressed and mentally drained because they may feel inadequate to minister the gospel. I believe it could be devasting to attempt to operate in the second dimension without the power of the Hol y Ghost. Without the anointing and guidance from the Holy Spirit which we receive in the first dimension, are critical in effectual ministry.

You stated that as a believer who lacks the empowerment of the Holy Spirit to serve God, the believer will not be effective in their preaching or teaching to the world. This statement is true because if the believer does not adhere to what the Spirit of God is speaking to him or hear what the Spirit of God is saying then they are not being led by The Spirit of God. They are being led by their flesh and walking in disobedience to the will of God. The Holy Spirit is our counselor, our teacher. He is the one who gives the gifts severally as He wills. We have no power, no empowerment without him. We cannot be witnesses without His Spirit.
Acts 1:8 King James Version 8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Galatians 5:16-17
16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

Not only will they experience a burnout, but they will start to spew out on the people. I have witnessed were a pastor or minister will get up to preach and look like they say everything they had been wanting to say. We as believers have to make sure our foundation is rooted and grounded in God. If not, we will lose our footing and end in a place that will be hard to rebound from. In Colossians 2:7 states, having been deeply rooted (in Him) and now being continually built up in Him and (becoming increasing more) established in your faith, just as you were taught, and overflowing in it with gratitude.

Indeed! if you don't get want you need in the first dimension, consequences of it will show up in the next dimension.
