COURSE 4 - OLD TESTAMENT SURVEY » The Bible is real to me.

Tawanna Taborn
Personally, I know the Bible is real.
When I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, I made a choose to believe and have faith that all things of God I will trust, because his words are alive through my situation I have lived.
2 Timothy 3:14-15 But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise from salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
The bible is real personally because all scripture was given and inspired by God, having different authors and none of the books contradicts each other.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped

The choice to make Jesus Lord of my life is the best choice I've ever made. The scripture 2 Timothy 3:14-16 that you mentioned makes it so plain, that we should learn the word of God and continue to do what we have learned from the Holy scriptures which is given by inspiration of God. Also, it is profitable for doctrine, which is teaching us what to believe, for reproof, which is to tell us what's wrong and to keep showing us the right way, for correction, which is to tell us how to correct the wrong, for instruction in righteousness, which tells us how to live.
