Human Behavior Impact

An organization can have the elements of a well oiled machine, but negative behaviors can hinder and shipwreck organizational structures. The Bible speaks to human character traits to avoid as well as those that are necessary in the ministry of God. Psalms 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! Unity, oneness is an essential trait to have in order to function and progress as an organization. The opposite of this behavior is the human behavior to cause discord and mischief among the brethren. Proverbs 6: 17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren. Gossip, lies, negative talking are seeds of discord. Division and discord can ruin the integrity and trust of an organization. Human character trait can be molded through teaching the Word. Some behaviors were common in the world, but in ministry we learn not only how it negatively impacts church, but some are sins and are roots in the heart of people. Some cases there is an attachment of evil spirits. The enemy can use these behaviors to collapse the building of organizations or ministries. Positive human behavior such as love, compassion, patience and forgiveness and order build the ministry brick by brick to be an organization that will flourish because it's built on the principles that were displayed by Jesus. I Peter 3:8 8 ¶ Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous: 9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing. 10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: 11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. 12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. 13 ¶ And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?
