Angels are significant for the church today just as they were for the church then.
I am reminded of several interactions that the men and women of God had with the angels of God in the bible. Looking at the old testament, I am reminded of Abraham's visitation with the angels of God in Genesis 18:9-15. Also in Genesis 17:9-15 when the angel of the Lord visits Hagar, the maid servant of Sarai, who had fled after Sarai dealt with her harshly.

Angel in the Hebrew means Messenger and Apostle comes from the Greek word means Apostolos which means...

Hebrews 1:14 ask us are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve for the sake of those who are to inherit salvation? Angels are entrusted with the care of those who are saved the heirs of salvation. God send his Angels to give guidance to the people of God, to protect the righteous. Angels also act as warriors in the earth Matthew 26:53 makes that known when Jesus says do y...
