I believe the easiest part of building an organization is Formation/Creation first of all its God-Given, God-designed. This is God's vision and his formation. There is a scripture in Habakkuk 2:2-3 the Lord was talking saying, And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will...

2 commentsThis is a thoughtful question. I believe the preparation part is the easiest part of building an organization. This component is almost like working from a checklist or list of steps. The most challenging part of development to me is the creation/formation phase to clearly hear and cast the God-given vision. Habakkuk 2:2-3 says Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time...though it tarry, wait for it; because it w...

2 commentsI would say the easiest part is coming up with the idea or vison. Maybe because it its exciting to to come up with the vison when you understand the why behind the mission. Habakkuk 2:2 The Lord said write the vision and make it plain upon tablets. The challenge behind when you have the vison admission is executing especially if you have never done this type of vision before. So, I would say the develop stage keeping it spirit lead and aligning the mission with like mind people. Just staying fe...

3 commentsIn my opinion, the easiest part of building an organization is the Formation/ Creation or vision phase. This is the phase where you listen to the Lord, imagine and gather information. The bible says Proverbs 29: 18 where there is no vision, the people perish. In order to build anything, you must envision it, and in order for it to be successful, the vision must come from the Lord. Scripture says in James 1:17, that all good things come from God. We are made in his image and likeness; therefore, ...

In building an organization, I believe the easiest part is generating or coming up with the vision, then getting people excited about the mission, especially when there is a passion and purpose. Proverbs 29:18 says, Where there is no vision, the people perish, emphasizing how powerful and motivating a clear vision can be. On the other hand, the most challenging area of development is being consistent and disciplined, especially when progress is slow or problems come up. Romans 12:11 reminds...

2 commentsI believe the easiest part of building an organization is having the idea or vision about what you might want to do. It's the execution that will trip most people up. In Habakkuk 2:3 it says for the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry. Sometimes it takes years for something to be birthed and other times it could happen suddenly. In 2 Chronicles 29:36 says and all t...
