What is most lacking in the administration of the Pastor to the local church in my opinion is mentorship. Some Pastors have so much to do that they don't realize they need to mentor and train successors. The observation I have seen, is that some Pastors have not been taught at a Bible College or Theology School, and some have not been to a seminary School to be taught the word of God and how to teach the people of God so without getting taught how to Pastor, the people of the church suffer.
