DISCUSSION QUESTION

"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him". Hebrews 11:6 reveals how faith is so important that it is impossible to please God without it. What would you say is the greatest area, among believers, where faith is lacking?

COURSE 20 - MINISTRY GIFT OF EVANGELIST » Alignment in Passion

Kiah Gilmore
Timothy 4:5 is a call to action. It's instructing the people of God to go and win the hearts of the dead. Go and pierce the souls of the lost, so that they may find their way back to the Kingdom. The true work of an evangelist is to awaken the sleeping souls, with a message of redemption centered around Christ, not self-doings. Introducing miracles, signs and wonders so that they can grasp the idea and gift of Jesus more acceptably. What I've noticed in this late generation many identify themselves as gods/goddesses. They rely on theirselves to pull theirselves out of the grave, to navigate through this earth, to find peace and freedom. Us in our humanly bodies face limitation the spirit doesn't. Learning there is someone, Christ, who can save us beyond measure and provide a freedom like no other is enough for many to take a big breath and become refreshed. Evangelist have a passion to make lost souls aware of the good news. They don't have to do it on their own. Someone has come to help. Spreading that message, the good news is what I believe the true work of the Evangelist is.
