"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him". Hebrews 11:6 reveals how faith is so important that it is impossible to please God without it. What would you say is the greatest area, among believers, where faith is lacking?

Man should trust Jesus because man could not make this world. The bible, air, Jesus, where man came from all is supernatural. A lot of things cannot be explained but we believe in them like matter. Prayer works, and if prayer works this means someone had to answer the prayers. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not see. Faith is invisible but real and it helps you believe in an invisible God. You believe your paycheck will be in the bank every Friday that's faith there's no evidence to show this, but you believe. You just have to believe. The works, miracles, and word of Jesus, which is Jesus is supernatural and it takes faith to believe in them. Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Letasha, thank you for sharing your thoughts. I agree that creation can point to the need to trust and follow in Jesus. Trusting in Jesus is practical and necessary. I sure cannot explain all that exists, but I absolutely trust in God.
You made a strong and practical case for why trusting Jesus is both reasonable and necessary. I agree with your point that creation itself points beyond human ability. The complexity of the world, life, and even the air we breathe reminds us that there is a supernatural source greater than man. Just because something cannot be fully explained does not mean it is not real. As you said, many things we rely on daily like matter, prayer, or even the expectation of a paycheck operate on a level of trust and faith.
