DISCUSSION QUESTION

"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him". Hebrews 11:6 reveals how faith is so important that it is impossible to please God without it. What would you say is the greatest area, among believers, where faith is lacking?

COURSE 10 - PRINCIPLES OF FAITH » Principle of Faith

The greatest area amoung believers is were we lack faith is fiancally. Some are so quick to call on there parents and friends, but haven't seeked the Lord about it. The Lord said Philippains 4:19 And my God will supply all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.'' So he should be the first person you ask and that also teaches us to lean on him, instead of man. Jesus is the creator of us all. He knows what we need and don't want to see us struggling and taking out loan after loan and in debt.

Having faith for finances, the majority of the body struggles to access this promise. The same faith we used to believe Jesus for salvation and holiness is the same faith we use to access every provision. Jesus said, in Matthew 6:33, 'But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.' I believe it's beneficial for us to study this principle.

You certainly said a mouth full he is Jehovah Jireh. God should always be our first source everything and everyone else is a resource.
