"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him". Hebrews 11:6 reveals how faith is so important that it is impossible to please God without it. What would you say is the greatest area, among believers, where faith is lacking?

In the Old Testament the book of Leviticus 8 is where God had Moses to anoint Aaron and his sons for Priestly duties. We also see in Leviticus 10:1-2 where two of Aaron's sons had offered strange fire or unauthorized fire and the fall out of consequences that they were struck down by fire from God that consumed them to death. The anointing meant set apart by God for his Holy works. Aaron is another example of the fall out consequences of second dimension but didn't have the endurance from first Dimension, when he built the golden calf. The children Israel and those that continue to rebel after Moses said, who's on the Lord's side come to me. These people were killed by the Levi's as Moses commanded. In the New Testament Paul in 1 Corinthians 3:1-2 it says, And I brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able. Verse 3 continues to talk about Paul speaking about how carnal minded they are and how they are going back and forward with one another with envying and strife and divisions. Paul remines them they are the temple of the Holy Spirit of God. This is the fall out consequences of them that he had to feed them with milk because they were unable to handle meat that they were weak in the Spirit.
Ms. Sandra, I really see your point about the importance of staying grounded in God; otherwise, we can slip into disobedience, just as Aaron and the Israelites did. Jesus said in John 15:5, I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. That shows how we can't grow or endure without staying connected to Him. Also, Galatians 5:16 says, This I say then, walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. When we walk in the Spirit every day, it helps us avoid those same downfalls and stay strong in our faith. We must not ever forget our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the foundation of our faith and where the Holy anointing comes and flows, through the power of the Holy Spirit!
Love the example of Aaron, Mrs. Sandra! While Moses was in the presence of God, Aaron was being controlled by the people. When we are not solid in God through our relationship with Him, we can allow people to get us all off track. The bible tells us to Galatians 1:10 that if we are still trying to please man, we are not servants of Christ. The Word of the Lord trumps everyone's word. When we spend time in the presence of God, we won't allow the enemy to make us give in to fear or cower down. The Lord created us to be bold in him and the only way to walk in our boldness and authority is that we stay in His presence. Practicing the presence gives us a confidence of His protection and guidance against the enemy. It is also in His presence that we find safety.
