"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him". Hebrews 11:6 reveals how faith is so important that it is impossible to please God without it. What would you say is the greatest area, among believers, where faith is lacking?

This is a thoughtful question. I believe the preparation part is the easiest part of building an organization. This component is almost like working from a checklist or list of steps. The most challenging part of development to me is the creation/formation phase to clearly hear and cast the God-given vision. Habakkuk 2:2-3 says Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time...though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Throughout the entire process we must be in communion with God and pray that God’s plan goes forth and that we are obedient in the process. Proverbs 29:18 says Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. Vision and clarity must come from God. This only happens through our consistent fellowship and prayer with God. Preparation feels easier because it is task oriented and seems within our control. Vision, however, requires us to pray continually, be still, surrender, and have spiritual maturity. That’s why Romans 12:11 reminds us that true passion is divine alignment, sustaining us when the vision is not yet clear.
Preparation often feels like working from a checklist—completing tasks step-by-step. However, the most challenging part of development, in my view, is the creation and formation phase: clearly hearing and casting the God-given vision. Proverbs 29:18 also states, Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. Vision and clarity must come from God; they are birthed through consistent fellowship and earnest prayer. Preparation seems easier because it is task-oriented and often feels within our control. Vision, however, requires us to pray continually, be still, surrender, and walk in spiritual maturity.
Thank you, Kristy, I agree with you I stated some of the same views, but you brought it out a little more for me. We definitely have to pray and seek God on how he wants his vision to go forward. The right people have to be considered, dealing with the legal paperwork and everything in the preparation can be hard and challenging. We have to put our faith to work and trust God in everything, it's just like it says in James 2:26.
