DISCUSSION QUESTION

"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him". Hebrews 11:6 reveals how faith is so important that it is impossible to please God without it. What would you say is the greatest area, among believers, where faith is lacking?

Developing the Vision of God » The Easiest and most challenging building an organization

Tawanna Taborn
I would say the easiest part is coming up with the idea or vison. Maybe because it its exciting to to come up with the vison when you understand the why behind the mission. Habakkuk 2:2 The Lord said write the vision and make it plain upon tablets. The challenge behind when you have the vison admission is executing especially if you have never done this type of vision before. So, I would say the develop stage keeping it spirit lead and aligning the mission with like mind people. Just staying fervent in spirit even when work routine gets discouraging.

Tawanna, I also believe the easiest part of building an organization is generating or coming up with the vision! What impressed me the most about your response was the vision being built upon the passion as the driving force of the purpose of want is being created by God, through you! Proverbs 29:18 says, Where there is no vision, the people perish, emphasizing how powerful and motivating a clear vision can be. God will reveal His plan! According to Proverbs 29:18 (CSB), Without revelation people run wild, but one who follows divine instruction will be happy. I agree that if one has never created an organization, it can be a challenge to feel that one can execute/follow through with the vision. But God! He will allow the Holy Spirit to breathe on the idea, and everything will fall right into place. You have the right mindset in realizing that being Spirit-led is a priority, as well as inviting like-minded people to join you on this journey! I pray the Lord supply all of your needs according to His riches in Glory as you fulfill your purpose in Him!

Executing can definitely be challenging; especially when roadblocks, hinderances and unexpected things occur during the process. When I started my business, I was so excited at first, little did I know that I would have to invest so much at first with little to no return. I thought about quitting many times, but every time I attempted to quit, the Holy Spirit would convict me. I truly believe in order to stay in business; you must have Holy Spirit. She is the helper, standby, guide, sustainer and teacher. I need Holy Spirit to provide me with the wisdom, knowledge and understanding needed to keep in line with the vision. Holy Spirit is everything I need. The bible says in 1 John 2: 27, But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

I whole heartedly agree with you Tawanna, the idea is easy but the hard work that is required to execute is often found difficult. Many times there are road blocks that knock us off our expected timeline which can be very discouraging. Yes God is the one that sets the timeframe and the other thing to keep in mind is that if God did call this idea forth for you to do it could be an uphill battle. It is best to pray about your idea to see if in fact this is something God wants you to do.
