DISCUSSION QUESTION

"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him". Hebrews 11:6 reveals how faith is so important that it is impossible to please God without it. What would you say is the greatest area, among believers, where faith is lacking?

Developing the Vision of God » The Easiest and Most Challenging area of Development in Building an organization

Hope Khalil

In building an organization, I believe the easiest part is generating or coming up with the vision, then getting people excited about the mission, especially when there is a passion and purpose. Proverbs 29:18 says, Where there is no vision, the people perish, emphasizing how powerful and motivating a clear vision can be. On the other hand, the most challenging area of development is being consistent and disciplined, especially when progress is slow or problems come up. Romans 12:11 reminds us, Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord, urging us to stay passionate and committed even when it gets hard. It takes spiritual strength, perseverance, and daily reliance on God to keep moving forward and developing organizations (which are made up of people) meant for effective long-term growth/goals. Philippians 4:13 (KJV) reads, I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Amen!

Hope, I concur.... It can be so exciting to receive a vision from the Lord. Most time when the Lord shows us things, he doesn't include all the details. He may just show you the end of a thing and not the middle. The scripture says in 1 Corinthians 13:9, For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. Oftentimes, he never shows us the ups and downs of it. It may be 20 years until the fulfillment of the vision is seen; however, it we trust Him we will see the conclusion. The bible says in Hebrews 11: 6 Without faith it is impossible to please God, he that comes to Him must believe that He is and He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. If God gave the vision, we must also continuously seek Him throughout because we can do nothing without Him.

Hope, thanks for sharing your thoughts. You are definitely on point when you say we must stay consistent and be disciplined. I think this can be a challenge for many. I know when I start things, I start off strong and faithful and along the way it becomes more challenging to meet the demands.
