Easiest Part Building an Organization/Most challenging area of Development

Sandra very good i agree, the most challenging phase of development is the preparation stage. As we begin to work on the vision God has given us, we must also work with others to bring it to life. Romans 8:28 reminds us, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
It becomes crucial to work with like-minded people, as Philippians 2:2 encourages: Fulfill ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord of one mind. Those who are not aligned with the vision can create distractions or even divisions, so we must remain prayerful, discerning, and committed to God's direction at every step.

Ms. Sandra, I, too, believe the easiest part of building an organization is generating or coming up with the vision, then getting people excited about the mission, especially when there is a passion and purpose. Proverbs 29:18 says, Where there is no vision, the people perish, emphasizing how powerful and motivating a clear vision can be. I loved the scripture you referred to in support of your response, Habakkuk 2:2-3, Then the Lord replied, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. I also agree with the fact that one of the most challenging aspects can be moving forward and carrying out the vision, as you shared in your response.
