Cults and World Religion

This man is truly under the influence of a seducing spirit, a lying deceptive spirit, a familiar spirit. He has the spirit of pride working within him as well. This particular man states he still believes in God, yet he is drawn by or fascinated by the signs and wonders that are demonstrated by the leaders. He is not concentrating on his own soul salvation or being in a relationship with God the Father. He argues and defends the Pastor. He has made an idol out of man. He is giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils which is false teachings. I can offer to pray with the man. I can ask him what led him to the decision to convert. He would mention his fascination with the signs and wonders. I would ask what about the fascination of the love of God. John 3:16 says for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should no perish but have everlasting life. Do you not believe in Jesus who is the Only way to God? The one who died for your sins and mine. What a great demonstration of his love. Jesus said in John 14:6 that he is the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. He is the only way to the Father God. This is what we are living for that in the end we find ourselves back with the Father, the one who created us. This man needs prayer and deliverance.
