Being "Called" or "Chosen" of God has become popular and easily branded for merchandising in this season. In your own words, discuss what you believe is the difference between talent versus the true chosen of God.

A character flaw that is always disheartening to me is when soul issues turn into sin issues because leaders refuse to take time and heal. I believe the most prevalent cause for ministry failure is the presence of one or more character flaws within leadership. The process of followship and serving under another is not just about learning, but its about development of character. Often, people become anxious to lead and move too soon before God has finished making them on the potter's wheel.
